The brainchild of Monir Mohammed it’s a delicatessen, but a delicatessen with a difference.

The ‘food less ordinary’ that Mother India is renowned for is here for you to enjoy at home or at work. Freshly prepared on the premises, using the same locally sourced ingredients used in our Restaurants, you can buy everything you need to recreate an evening at Mother India in the comfort of your own home, from herbs and spices, to marinated chicken or seafood, there is even one of our Chefs on hand to offer advice and encouragement.

Failing that there is a range of chilled dishes prepared each day which can be taken to home or office and eaten at a time that suits your own busy schedule.

Dining in also caters for your Dinner Parties,  just pop in and let us know what you would like and we’ll have it ready for you to pick up,  we’ll even supply the Chafing Dishes.

Our menu changes regularly and we will always have a special or 2 available. Watch out for our tasting sessions, so you can try before you buy.
